He appreciates that Boys & Girls Clubs consists of kids from different schools, ages and backgrounds and enable kids to have the special opportunity to excel while enjoying a place dedicated just for kids. Matt received his Masters in Education from National University and B.A. from University of California Santa Cruz in English Literature. He is the President of the Rotary Club of Vista for the 2011 - 2012 term

John Gomez has been involved with youth sports programs for over 15 years as a coach, referee and administrator. Currently the president a volunteer-based youth soccer league in San Marcos consisting of over 1,200 members on over 100 teams, John brings knowledge and experience to the Boys & Girls Club athletics programs.
Director of Operartions
 Jack Nowicki 760.724.6606 x Jack Nowicki is our Director of Operations at the Boys & Girls Club of Vista. His hobbies include Professional Umpire (Member of the National Association of Umpires) and professional photography. Jack is a University of Baltimore graduate and a US Navy veteran. Jack has worked as a Regional Manager for four major U.S. firms. Director of Programs  760.724.6606 x 24 Raul has been in the Boys & Girls Club Movement for 25 years, 23 years working at the Boys & Girls Club of San Dieguito and the last 3 years at the Boys & Girls Club of Vista. Raul's passions are world peace, equality and respect. Raul's mother is his hero, this is because she taught him the values of honesty, respect, and hard work which have helped him tremendously in his journey toward obtaining a higher education. Raul is a firmly believer that if you set your heart and mind then YOU can accomplish anything.

Johnnie Johnson Carries a burning torch for our kids here at the Boys & Girls Club of Vista, because she believes that they are destined for greatness! Johnnie heads up our drama department and is a positive community leader. She is an under graduate of the Kaplan University of Florida, and presently studying for her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration Management. Office Manager  Rita Harvey brings over 25 years of Accounting and HR experience. Among her significant previous positions, Rita worked as a student counselor and case manager for a technical school in Los Angeles, providing guidance and financial help for the less fortunate. This experience convinced her to join the Boys & Girls Club to continue her work, not only as an Office Manager, but to truly make a difference in a child’s life. She knows this first hand as a single mother, where her son was a member of the Boys & Girls Club in Pasadena, Del Mar Branch. She credits her family for instilling her strong work ethics.
